There’s not much better than waking up the morning after a game with a victory. That is unless your program gets a commitment to next year’s recruiting class fresh off that win. That is exactly what happened for Brent Brennan and Co., as 2025 linebacker Myron Robinson announced his commitment to Arizona on Saturday.
Robinson is a 6-foot-2, 210 pound linebacker from San Antonio, Texas. The Wildcats latest addition currently plays his high school ball at East Central, where he is a two-way player, also taking snaps at running back. Robinson is also a two-sport athlete, competing in track, including the 100-meter and triple jump.
The talented linebacker is currently rated by 247Sports as the No. 83 player from the Lone Star State, and 74th-best linebacker in the class of 2025. Robinson received an offer from Arizona relatively late in his recruitment process. The Wildcats offered him in mid-September, becoming the 11th program to do so. But, he ultimately chose the Cats over Boston College, Georgia Tech, Houston, Tulane, Washington State, and more.
Arizona now has the No. 48 ranked recruiting class in 2025, and the No. 7 class in the Big 12. Following his commitment to Arizona, Myron Robinson becomes the seventh player from the state of Texas in the Wildcats’ 2025 recruiting class, joining Sean “Rambo” Robinson, Muizz Tounkara, and more.
