TUCSON – Arizona’s spring showcase is just hours away, but that hasn’t stopped Josh Miller and Brent Brennan from being active on the recruiting trail. On Saturday, 2026 three-star tight end Henry Gabalis announced his commitment to Arizona.

The 6-foot-4, 215-pound native of Everett, Washington plays his high school ball for Archbishop Murray. While he does not have a composite rating, 247Sports.com rates Gabalis as the No. 15 player from the state of Washington, and No. 89 athlete in the class of 2026. He held offers from eight programs, including Idaho, Montana, Montana State, North Dakota, Oregon State, Sacramento State, and Washington State, but ultimately committed to the Wildcats. He is currently planning to take an official visit to Tucson on May 30.

Gabalis has good speed and athleticism, especially given his size and 6-foot-4 frame. While he will play tight end at Arizona, he can line up on both sides of the ball, including at linebacker and safety.

With Henry Gabalis announcing his commitment to Arizona, the Wildcats now have five members in their 2026 recruiting class. He is the fourth offensive player in the class, joining wide receivers Caleb Smith and Hamisi Juma, as well as offensive lineman Michael Langi.
