The only better than adding two defensive lineman on a holiday weekend is adding three. After landing commitments from 2026 three-star defensive linemen Prince Williams and Manoah Faupusa, Brent Brennan, Joe Salave’a, and the Wildcats have added one more from within the Grand Canyon State. On Saturday, 2026 three-star defensive lineman Keytrin Harris committed to the Arizona Wildcats.
The 6-foot-3, 290-pound Harris is originally from Las Vegas, where he began his high school career at powerhouse Bishop Gorman High School. He spent his junior season at Narbonne HS in Harbor City, California, but transferred to Compass Prep in Chandler, Arizona ahead of his senior season. Harris held offers from 19 programs, including Arizona State, Georgia, Iowa State, Tennessee, Texas A&M, and more. After taking an official visit to Tucson on June 20, Harris narrowed his top three choices to Arizona, Missouri, and Cal, before ultimately choosing the Wildcats.
Per 247Sports.com composite ratings, Harris is the No. 5 player from Arizona, 50th-best defensive lineman, and No. 440 overall prospect in the class of 2026. Internally, he is the No. 8 player from the Grand Canyon State and No. 74 defensive lineman.
“Very strong, can manhandle opposing offensive lineman and gets a push up the field even when double teamed,” said 247Sports’ Greg Biggins. “Shows some natural pass rush ability as well and was able to move around and even played some edge during his junior year. Plays with heavy hands, a quick get-off and lives on the opponent’s side of the line of scrimmage. All the traits are there for Harris to be a difference maker at the next level and when his motor is going, he’s very tough to deal with.”
The Arizona Wildcats are closing in on 20 commitments in their 2026 recruiting class, with Keytrin Harris bringing the total up to 19. Following the flurry of defensive commitments over the past 24 hours, the Wildcats now have nine prospects committed on the defensive side of the ball. Harris is also the third in-state player to commit to Arizona, joining defensive back/wide receiver Hamisi Juma and offensive lineman Malachi Joyner, though his Nevada and Southern California background also highlight the staff’s recruiting focus on the Southwest and West Coast.
