The play of three of Arizona’s leaders on and off the field continues to be recognized as the Wildcats begin preparing for the postseason. Arizona quarterback Noah Fifita and defensive back Dalton Johnson were named to the AP All-Big 12 First Team, while Treydan Stukes was named to the Second Team.
This season, Fifita completed 247 of 385 passes (64.2%) for 2,963 yards and 26 touchdowns, with just five interceptions. His 70 career passing touchdowns are also the most in Arizona program history. Dalton Johnson leads the Wildcats this season with 97 total tackles, including a team-high 48 solo takedowns. Johnson also snared four interceptions this season, one of three UA defenders to do so. His four interceptions are also top 20 nationally and tied for second in the Big 12. Johnson also had a forced fumble and a fumble recovery.
Treydan Stukes’ best season in navy and cardinal comes off the heels of a season-ending knee injury in 2024. Stukes finished the season with 52 tackles, six pass deflections, and four interceptions. Per PFF.com, Stukes is the Wildcats’ top defender this season, earning a 90.1 overall grade.
Arizona’s three AP All-Big 12 selections also earned First Team All-Big 12 honors.
The season isn’t quite over for Arizona’s trio of AP All-Big 12 players. The Wildcats face the SMU Mustangs in the Holiday Bowl on January 2, 2026, at Snapdragon Stadium in San Diego.
